This is not a tactics class.
This is a performance shooting class—where you learn what it takes to shoot on demand with precision, speed, and control.
Pistol 1 is designed to engrain safe, effective firearm handling and give you complete command over the variables that define a perfect shot. From the very first rep, you’ll learn the fundamentals through structured dry fire, then pressure-test them in live fire—building from slow and deliberate to fast and reactive using our C.O.R.E. progression system: Condition ? Optimize ? Race ? Explode.
What You’ll Learn:
Safe and repeatable gun handling habits for both the range and real life, range etiquette and command structure
The Fundamental 7: Stance, posture, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, trigger control, and follow-through
Proper draw stroke mechanics
Predictive vs. reactive shooting and how to trust your vision under pressure
Vision science and throttle control, sight confirmation levels, and how to balance speed vs. accuracy.
Firearm setup, gear placement
Loading & unloading procedures
Mindset and why it matters
Clearing basic stoppages & malfunctions
Dry fire structure and training strategy
and more.
Why It Matters:
The techniques and foundational skills learned in this course will provide you with the tools to grow as a shooter—and the confidence to keep improving.
Our goal is not just to teach you what to do on the range, but how to train at home, on your own, for free. This saves you time, money, and makes your range time more productive by verifying the work you’ve already done in dry fire.
These fundamentals are also essential for safe weapon handling in more advanced courses, where dynamic movement, decision-making, and speed come into play.
You’ll Leave With:
The tools to structure your own at-home dry fire training
The knowledge to self-correct and continue progressing
Confidence in your ability to handle your firearm safely and effectively
Come Ready To:
Shoot. A lot. Expect structured dry fire, live fire drills, and layered progression
Learn through pressure—this is performance training, not plinking
Be corrected. Be coached. Be challenged.
