Skip has been a student of defensive shooting and tactics for over 30 years.  He started down this path at Army OSUT in 1989.  He then spent the next four years as an infantryman in the 10th Mountain Division, with deployments to Panama (twice) and to the Middle East.  Skip has completed multiple IronMan Triathlons and competed at the US Masters Nationals as an Olympic Weightlifter.  (Yes, that's a very weird combination.)  Skip has been shooting competitively for over 20 years and as of late, competes in IDPA shooting competitions. He has earned the rank of Master Shooter in three different categories.

For those of you that are looking at training with T3, far more important than any individual accomplishments Skip has achieved is his Coaching background.      Over the past 30 years, Skip has been an instructor/Coach in 9 different sports/shooting disciplines.  He has Coached competitors that have won National Championships, competed at the World Championship level in their sport and have stood on the podiums at World Championships.  For the past 5 years, Skip has been a full-time Lead Instructor in a nationally recognized self-defense program.  In that program he taught individual and team defensive tactics, utilizing both live fire and Force-on-Force training scenarios.

Skip's commitment to you is that you will leave every class you take with him better able to defend yourself and your loved ones.
